Stuff I totally Forgot

I wanted to post a few more pictures that I forgot to put up so here they are!
---- This is me being in an awesome Cavalli dinner jacket, fashionable or not I think it is awesome.  And that is my lovely girlfriend Megan.

---- So I know I am a producer but I have been known to take over the camera from time to time.

---- I was fortunate enough to be in Europe last summer on a large art history tour with a large group of students (most friends) for 39 days.  I love soccer and this was right after Spain beat Germany 1-0 in the Euro Cup Finals, we went nuts in a bar with some Austrians who were also going nuts because of a deep seeded hatred towards the Germans! It was an amazing experience.

---- I used to play lacrosse until my senior year in high school during the preseason I tore my ACL and basically ended my career, but before that I was All- Conference and second team All- State my junior year and was excited to start looking into colleges, but this is my signature move that got me past all guys, its a mix between the "Heisman" and "Pizza Man" (I'm in the red and white).  Good times I had in lacrosse.

---- I have also been fortunate enough to meet Robin Williams! This was backstage at the VH1 Rock Honors show at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas in 2007.  I met him and a plethora of others backstage and had an amazing time.  As I said I have been quite fortunate in my life.

Inspirations.

This is a weird one; I am unsure of what inspires me, I think I am driven by the promise of success and and fear of failure, but at the same time choices I make can be radical and based off a whim.

However I do know that my dad Inspires me greatly.
--- He's the one with the long hair in the back, oh yeah and that is my mom and my sister.

But the main reason is is my main inspiration is his story.  He grew up in New York in a part called Merrick and what he did was make his own business, basically starting at 13.  He would take the train to Madison Square Garden (and other surrounding arenas) and would buy and resell tickets, basically a scalper, well some 30 years later he is still doing it, but as a member of the NATB (National Association of Ticket Brokers) and he wholesales to other brokers.  He started his own business AND ran it together with my mom and that is how I am here today, and that is why I got to lead the life I got to was because of him, so I really do think my main inspiration comes in my fathers commitment to making myself and my siblings and my mom happy.

Also I can't lie, GQ and Esquire are HUGE inspirations to me as I pursue fashion design.  Because I want to design men's clothing it makes sense that I have an understanding of what is in fashion, what looks good and where it is going.

Stuffs I own.

I don't think I own that much weird stuff.
I do have an awesome blue trumpet which you can see in my stuff I do post.
I also do own a large stack of GQ Magazines, because I love GQ and being stylish and clothing it's just one of those things that sort of grew on me in high school and has stuck ever since.

Oh, my car.  I love my car, its a 2003 Subaru Outback LL Bean Edition.  It has been to hell and back because I push it so hard, but it has been my companion on many a road trips and works great! I like it, it says a lot about me, like I am too lazy to walk places so I drive! (That is not true, since moving back down from Park City, I haven't really driven much at all)

--- This was on our Maceo Parker road trip to Aspen Colorado, which was an awesome experience, four buddies on our own the weekend after high school graduation! Quality stuff I must say. This is only the interior but I can assure you it is a quality car on the outside as well.

Being a music snob I do own a record player and many LP's. I am a music nerd and look for the highest quality audio, but also I think records are awesome, plus they come with a free digital download so why not just buy it. Plus they are way cool looking.

My favorite LP I own is:
-----This is Animals by Pink Floyd. My Favorite Band.

People I know!

I know so many people.
Like seriously I walk around and people are always calling my name.
That last statement is not true, I'm just trying to build myself up.
If you haven't been able to tell I love sarcasm and I figure you have plenty of these to look over so if I can make you laugh I know I'm set.

But I do have a good core group of friends that have always been there for me and I love that!   These are some of my friends, we are having fun and making a human pyramid because that is how we roll.

This is my best friend Koty Smith, we have been best friends since kindergarten when I moved here from Florida and we are currently still friends living with each other and going to school!

This is my girlfriend Megan Cone, she is awesome and I love her a lot, we have been dating for a little while over a year now and its great, she is currently going to school in Florida at Florida State University, which is a really cool place, and she is the reason that I have to do this blog, so don't get mad at me Jim.

Anyway, my friends are my life and I would do a lot for them because I care about them so as you might be able to tell I am intensely loyal and trusting, just one of my traits.

Activities I Participate In.

As a side note, you may notice that I am doing this about 2 hours before class, I want to stress that is not because I procrastinated this project or don't care about it, because I think it is really cool, but it is the fact that you told us about the project and I got all excited and was going to plan it out and film it all and then I realized Wednesday last week I leave friday morning for Florida and that I wont be back until late Tuesday night, needless to say, I am stretching here, but I do want you to know that I do use the computer a lot and I feel that a blog form of this is a good way to go about my life!

I lead a pretty active life and have my hand in a lot of activities such as:
I am a producer in a student run production company in Utah called Heart-Beat Productions, we are an official LLC in the state of Utah and we have films that are featured in many festivals across the country, most notably Newport Beach Film Festival!

I also love to play soccer, as you can see in the classes I take, but basically this is my friends and I playing this summer.

Concerts is another thing that I LOVE, I have been to a lot of them thanks to my dad (he is a ticket broker and awesome old dude)

I also love to play music, as I am a musician I play trumpet and tuba!

That's me on the right playing the awesome blue trumpet.

Classes I Take

This is a pretty interesting thing, I am taking classes that I want to this semester that fulfill my general credit, but as I try to figure out what to do in life (which is insanely difficult to figure out) the way I perceive the classes I take constantly changes, but as with life that is how most things go.
Regardless my classes go as such:
Soccer 10:45- 11:35 M/W - I took this because I LOVE soccer and playing it is so much fun and I just feel like it is a great way to start the day and stay healthy

Nutritional Sciences 11:50-1:10 M/W - This class is awesome but it will frighten you... as in you will never want to eat normal foods are drink normal drinks because of what they do to your body but I needed a science and this one was the easiest.

Intro to Design Thinking 3:00-5:00 M/W - The reason I took this class is because I am thinking about transferring to a design school for fashion design, of course the large wall in my way is I have no design experience other than just what I draw, so I figure this class will help out and so far it has, so good job professor you are helping me out a lot, oh and it fulfills a nice general credit!

Political Analysis 10:45- 12:05 T/TH - This is to fulfill a QB credit only. I hate this class it is not fun, but I suck at math and this was the easiest route to take so I did it.  The professor is basically Ayn Rand (in the sense that she will describe every minute detail to the maximum, as Ayn Rand does with John Galt, also she stands on an Ivy League platform and believes we are not as intelligent as her so she needs to explain everything.)

Ethical Dilemmas 12:20-1:40 T/TH - I love philosophy and arguing and everything that goes along with it and not only does this fulfill a general credit I am so desperate for it also is a ton of fun and allows me to flex my brain muscles at my own free will!

Performance and Culture 2:00 - 3:20 T/TH - This class looked very interesting when I signed up and truth be told it is! It is a very interesting class about how people perform in different cultures and what a performance really means, it is taught by this sweet old lady that is awesome and I am thoroughly enjoying this class

As you can see Jim I am not taking classes on Fridays, this is the greatest thing ever. A free day every week makes things nice and allows me to catch up on things and go out and play or whatever, anyway its awesome.
